Tier 1 Entreprenuer Help

Hi all,

I have got access to £50000 in my country India. My PSW visa expires in september, please can somebody guide me through the process of starting the procedure for the Entre visa. Any suggession will be helpful.

In addition, I have got MBA General Degree and have decided to do Marketing business for properties in Uk and India. Should I have all the requirements like website, business plan and can I start as a Director in partnership I.e. 25k each as we both r in UK on PSW.
