Hi there!

I have a question about my residential requirement on my current visa. I have a spouse visa on which I spent 87 days out without my husband when I got my spouse visa. I been back in my country where I was there to see my family and to take care my mother as she lives alone there. Now in November 2013 I have a plan to go to USA with my husband and I am not sure if I can go out for 10 days out as I have already spent 87 days out in total. My ILR is due on next year Oct 2014 and I was given flr(m) on 31 October 2012 so please let me know if I can still go out with my partner without being any effect to apply for ILR in future.
