Tier 1 Dependent Application Query

Hi,

I have the peo appointment for monday 25th at Sheffield. I have a query regarding the dependent application form (section F - YOUR REFERENCE NUMBERS). my wife has always been on dependent visa, so I am not sure what reference number i have to fill in this section. Question F1 and F2. Does dependent receive any reference number? I thought its only the main applicant who receives the reference number from home office.
