Am I eligible to apply for ILR.

Tier 1 general
2nd june 2008 1st june 2009

absence 150 days

(I went to India for the for some business prospects. I was not employed in the uk. After 10 days I fell from the stairs and broke my leg. I have got the medical certicate from the doctor and the physiotherapist. I recovered and went to dubai for some business prospects for 10 days. Came back to UK and started working as non of the business prospects worked out).



2nd june 2009 1st june 2010
no absence


2nd june 2010 1st june 2011
No absence


2nd june 2011 1st june 2012
60 days Annual leave

2nd june 2102 1st june 2013


As per the new rules. If I describe the the situation of my first year with the medical certificate. Do you think I am ok to apply for the ILR ??

reason you not getting replied is coz this "type" of question has been asked MANY times ......
Answer is ... you should be fine with 180 days per year clause .... so relax and be confident ....
