urgent advice on Tier 2 funds

Hi all...I am currently on DL leave in UK ....I have Tier 2 A listed sponsor for work visa.....company has agreed to tick the column for maintenance as he has checled my funds.But problem is I have to go back India and apply from there using all sponsor paperwork .My question is as my sponser has ticked my maintenance criteria....and is A listed ...do I still have to show my statements with everyday 900 balance from iIndia ??and ddoes anyone know of profess of applying from India...is there same day service for tier2 general ..how much it cost etc...

You do not have to supply your account statement if your sponsor has certified maintenance for you.

I applied for Tier 2 (General) last week. I didn't show any bank statement as my sponsor certified my maintenance. But my visa is still in processing ^:^
But i think in this case you don't need to show your bank statement as it is already mentioned in Tier2 Visa Policy !!!!

May I please clarify if we are applying from outside UK do we need restricted Cas.....since I m in UK ...employer who is giving me has unrestriced Cas...coz I m on DL leave....as far as I know I can't cchange to tier 2 from UK but wanted to know can I use unrestricted Cas from India?not sure what is difference of two.please help...
