ILR letter query

Hi,

My wife has received a letter from the UKBA stating her Biometric Residence Permit will send to her by a courier in 7 days time.

Does that she is has been granted ILR, as she had applied under the marriage category/ spouse visa category.

Your comments shall be highly appreciated.

That's correct. Her Indefinite leave to remain has been approved.Congratulations.
