FLR(M) Questions

Hi all, just getting to filling out the form and I wonder if anyone could assist with a couple of queries.

1. What is the best way to fill in financial details for a zero hour casual contract with variable pay? What should I write for annual salary, just the amount I have earned in the period that’s being assessed? Is a casual contract classed as a temporary employment in question 7.3?

2. How to declare my NHS student grant? Do I put it in section 7.3.C of the form (Income not from employment) or 7.3.D (Income from pensions and permitted benefits). If it should be in section 7.3.C when it asks for account reference details does it mean my account that it is paid into or the account I am paid from?

3. Our base is at my parents but during term time during the week I live at an address in Bristol as I am a student there, and my wife works in London but comes to Bristol on weekends (or sometimes I go to London), as she hasn’t been able to find work in Bristol (and can prove that with letters from her agents). Should I put my primary address as my parents, or Bristol/my student address?

4. Question 6.9 on the form asks if we have lived together since being granted initial leave to remain as a partner, should we leave this blank as my wife is currently on a youth mobility visa and hasn’t previously applied for leave to remain? With any other section of the form that doesn’t apply to us but doesn’t specify to leave blank should we write not applicable or just leave it?

5. I have both British and Canadian citizenship. Question 3.3 states “Nationality - please indicate if your sponsor has dual nationality or if they have ever held any other nationality or nationalities” I would answer “British and Canadian” here. 3.4 states “Please indicate and provide details if your sponsor holds, or has ever held, any other nationality or nationalities” What details do they want? What makes me Canadian, i.e my mother was born there?
