Hi My on was born on 2012 jan and i am applying for his passport now. since more than 1 year has passed since birth, i also need " Affidavit from parents that the child has not acquired British Nationality ". Can I get this made by any public notary in Belfast and send along with application in post?

yes indian passport and his birth is also still not registered.
