15 Month calculation

So, how is the 12 conitnuous pay over last 15 months calculated.

So if I have an appointment on 15th april,
Is it from 15th April or from March.

Can i prove income from Feb 2012 till Jan 2013
and
Can I prove my income from Jan 2012 till Dec 2013?

It's calendar months that are considered. So if applying on 15th April 2013, the 15 month period would be 16th January 2012 to 15th April 2013. You can choose any 12 consecutive months (again calendar months here) within that time period to claim points for previous earnings.
