Tier 1 PSW dependent visa

Hi,

presently I am on student visa in UK and my fiancee is on Tier 1 PSW visa and We r getting marry on 9th April and going to India in June and me n my fiancee live together and we are going to India in June for applying my dependent visa so what are the document needed for my case and I got married in UK so do I have to register our marriage in India also or not ?
