Dear All
My friend mother was visiting UK for the last 35 years every year. Her husband has successful business here but he died in 2007. She is an owner of 25% flat in London. In the Bank she holds over £ 10,000.00
She comes and goes regularly as she own the house in Egypt too. January 2013 her last visa finished. She went to apply to British Embassy in Cairo but she couldn't do it anymore with Officer. As she doesn't read or write English she asked somebody for help with application. Now she got refusal of entry clearance as the information the man put in were just rubbish. Not true.
For example he put that she never been in UK before.
How can she appeal against the decision.
Her right to appeal are limited to the grounds referred to in section 84(1)(C)
Any advise what she can do now ?
