Tier 1(Gen) TO ILR

Post by manishbhatt1000 » Tue Mar 26, 2013 7:07 pm

Hi,
I am on Tier-1(Gen) and applying for ILR. My wife and kid are on dependent of the same. They've both stayed here with me now for almost 6 yr.s .

I have cleared my LifeinUk test but not sure if my wife also needs to pass it. :?: . I'll be including them in my application for ILR as dependants.

Thanks for ur advice in advance.

Yes, your wife needs to meet the KOL requirement.
