Applying for ILR

Post by Blackcooper » Tue Mar 26, 2013 8:10 pm

Hi All,
I hope someone can help me?

Visa type : SETTLEMENT SPOUSE/CP (KOL REQUIRED)
Visa start: 10/07/2012 to 10/10/2014

The above Visa application was submitted on the 27th of June 2012 and received the visa on the 4th of July 2012.

I arrived in the UK on the 10th of July 2012.
I have been married and lived abroad with my husband for more than 12 years.
I have taken and passed the Life In The UK Test on the 21st of March 2013

These are my questions;

1) Am I able to apply for ILR now, as I have passed the KOL test?
2) Do I use Form Set(M)?
3) Documents needed and do I need to make photocopies?

Thank You
