Urgent Advice Required - Tier 1 Applicant

Post by amit99 » Tue Mar 26, 2013 9:08 pm

Hi,
I have completed 5 years in uk and eligible for ILR now. I am Tier 1 applicant and have 123 days out of uk stay ( 60 days in India and remaining in Zurich) related to work.

I could get the earliest appointment in 2nd week of Aug 2013.
I managed to get simple employer letter (without SOC code, salary details) for 2 months of Zurich stay and do not have employer letter to justify remaining 2 months of my stay in india which was also was work related.

I understand that after 6th April 2013, tier 1 applicant would be requring to provide proof for all the absences !

Though i have attested slary slips for my remaining 2 months of india stay, i can not arrange the employer letter. Considering this scenario , would it be a good idea to apply through post before 6th April , rather than applying in person after 6th April ?

Your prompt response would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would apply before 6th April

Not only rules are changing but fees are also increasing on that date.
