Tier 2 ICT to General Switching

Post by ajaybabu007 » Tue Mar 26, 2013 10:10 pm

Hi,

I'm planning to switch from Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General with a job offer from A-rated sponsor and having the following UK visa details -
UK Tier 2 ICT - July 2009 - Jun 2012 (First Entry Clearance)
UK Tier2 (ICT) Long Term - Aug 2012 - valid until July 2015 (Renewal inside of the UK)

I have a few questions to clarify and seeking experts advise -
1. As my first granted leave (entry clearance) was before April 2010, can i be eligible to switch to Tier2 General In-country ?

2. Am I eligible for my ILR by Jun 2014 with new Tier 2 General Visa?

3. After switching over to Tier2 General, does it reset my ILR clock ?

Look forward for your kind responses.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

Can you please let me know the required documents to be taken from current (old) employer to new employer for applying ILR?
