Hi,
I am applying ILR as a WP+Tier2 ICT.
April 2008-Oct 2008 ->WP ->Comapny 1-->No Leaves
Oct 2008-May 2009-->WP-->Company 2--> Leave during Long Weekend Out of UK.23May2009 to 25May 2009.(25th was a bank holiday)I did not apply for Leave in the company records
June 2009-MAr 2013-->WP+Tier2 ICT-->Company 3-->Company has provided me Letter stating No unpaid Absence.
Please can you let me know if I Also require Letters from Company1 and 2 even though I have not applied Leaves while I was working with them.
