How soon dependent VISA status needs to be changed ?

Hi,
I’m on tier 2 ICT visa and going to complete 5 years soon. Mine and mine dependent VISA is valid until Nov 2015.
I have got following query please can you help with this.

1. If I apply for ILR and get it how soon my dependents need to change their VISA status? Should I need to apply for them within 28 days of my receiving the ILR?
2. Which form do I need to use if I apply for my dependent separately? Is it SET(O) ?
3. My wife doesn’t work and there is no bank account in her name . Is that a problem?

Thanks tamilmaran , Regarding 3 , Yeah i'm aware of financial requirement.
Regarding 1 called ukba and they said one need to apply for their dependent as soon as one get their ILR. It's confusing.

Is there any document which i can refer to ? Request other people also to provide their opinion.

If wife does not qualify for ILR, then she may remain, and continue to apply for leave to remain, as a PBS dependant partner until she qualifies.

I believe the correct form would be SET(O).

Actually, mine as well as my dependent ICT Tier 2 VISA is valid until 2015 but I’m completing 5 years in August 2013. My Wife has lived in the UK for more than 2 years and she qualifies for ILR at the same time when I would be applying.

Just to be in safer side I want to apply for my ILR using premium service and if granted then apply for my wife and kid (less than 5 years) in post. Will that be a problem? Thanks a lot for your help.

Actually, I am qualified for ILR from Jan 2013 , whereas they were holding my passport for 7 months when I applied for FLRM and got only this March. I have my LTR ( leave to remain for 2 years ). let me also check how earlier do I need to apply ).
