dependant visa for my mom

Goodday. i have PR issued in oct 2012. now my mom is here in the uk on a 6 months visit visa. i am thinking of applying for her as my dependant as someone told me it is possible.
i am at loss on what to do. please people kindly help me..thanks

Just to clarify, is this your situation:

married german husband in africa in april 7th 2007
left africa for germany as i still had valid visiting visa in the same month
travelled by car to uk with husband showing marriage certificate as proof of relationship on april 27th 2007
applied for rc in dec 2007 and rc issued in sept 2008.
2012 husband petitioned for divorce and decree nisi has been pronounced.

yes i have PR now. is it possible to apply for my mom as a dependent and if yes, how?

Not under the EEA regulations, you cannot. But if you mother meets the requirement of the immigration rules, she may be able to secure settlement.
