Earnings in UK and working abroad

Post by evans0279 » Thu Mar 28, 2013 12:54 pm

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 General visa and I have another 2.6 yrs to get my ILR, in the mean time I got a client in Netherlands for whom I should work in Netherlands on a work permit but my contract will be in UK and every month my invoice amount will be deposited in my UK business account. My question is will I still going to be eligible for ILR ?
Any similar experiences or suggestions will be of great help.

Many thanks,
Eve

No, any absence of more than 180 days (unless for compelling reasons) in a year will reset ILR
