HMRC Documents

Post by Dawn786 » Thu Mar 28, 2013 1:43 pm

Hi All,

I have registered my limited company 2 days ago and want to know about the HMRC tax documents. As per the hmrc, companies house & other internet info, a Unique Tax Reference (UTR) no is sent to each newly formed company which needs to submitted to hmrc online to receive CT41G.

I am requesting anyone who has received this UTR or CT41G to tell me what is the process to receive it or is it automatically sent, if it is automatically sent than how many days i need to wait to receive it as i need to apply in mid may for my ent visa.

Many thanks and hope I am clear with my query.

You get it automatically on your registered address.

Thank you for your replies. I called company house and they said they automatically forward newly formed company details to hmrc. Than I called up hmrc and a very helpful lady tried to look for my company details on the system but could not locate it. She informed me that since its very new company that's why it's not showing up. She has asked me to wait for 3 weeks.

I'll wait for 2 weeks and call hmrc again. Hopefully I'll receive it by than. I'll post the info here.

Many thanks,
Sajid
