Ireland visit by Tier 1 G holders

Post by pns » Thu Mar 28, 2013 2:46 pm

Hi

I am living in UK on a Tier 1 G visa with Indian passport. As per the Irish visa waiver programme, would I be eligible to enter Ireland without a visa? Please refer below for more information.

http://www.dfa.ie/uploads/documents/Con ... 202012.pdf

If no, what other benefits do I have by hloding the UK visa?

if yes, would I go to Ireland without any stamping? Thinking will anyways get it stamped at one of their ports post arrival.

The VWP is only applicable to the visitors. You need a visa but the fee will be waived. Check Page 4/ Q-15
