Post by dilbina » Thu Mar 28, 2013 4:07 pm

I was wondering someone may halp me about the EEA2 visa application. I am Turkish nationality and my Husband is EU citizen. We recently got married and I need to switch into a new visa but i dnt know which one is?

I am Tier 1 visa holder what will expire soon.

*Do I have to apply EEA2 or FLR(M) applications form.
*Does my Husband need to fill in any application form?
*What will need to do?

I am very confused.

thank you

You as a non-eea national can apply for the confirmation of your residence right by sending EEA2 form along with required documents as shown on the form. But most importantly your EEA partner should be a qualified person such as worker, student, self employed, self sufficient.
