Im starting work at the end of April(full time permanent 40hrs+) i already claim CTC (joint claim) will i be able to claim working tax credits? my partner currently has an application in with the home office to regularize her status she is an over stayer.

So am i right in thinking its the same as when we made the claim for CTC ie Joint claim, with me as the main claimant?.

This wont affect my partners attempt to regularize her status will it?.
