Marital Status and Spouse Visa

Post by rohanp » Fri Mar 29, 2013 10:31 am

Hi,
I entered in this country in Tier-1 General category. I was separated with my wife and I had shown my marital Status single at the time of filing initial application as I did not had marriage certificate to prove my marriage. I got divorced in the mean time and got ILR as well. My ex-wife never joined me in UK and divorce proceedings also happened outside UK.

Now I am marrying someone outside UK. In filing settlement visa for spouse , if I tell that I am divorced person (in settlement visa form for spouse) , will it affect her visa? Can it also affect my current running ILR.
