Family visa for brother in law

Post by adsf » Sat Mar 30, 2013 10:12 pm

Hi

I am going to sponser my brother in law so he can visit the UK, he will be applying for a family visa.

With regards to accommodation, I am currently living with family but do not own the house. Will I need to provide deeds for the property and a letter from the owner to say my brother in law can stay there? Or alternatively just sign an accommodation declaration giving property details?

Thanks in advance

Give as much evidence as you can.
