Tier 2 general Visa from outside UK

I have had Scholarship to complete Masters degree in UK, which I finished 6 months back, at the moment I have valid CoS and going to apply for Tier 2(general) visa from outside UK, can anyone please tell me the importance of No Objection certificate from scholarship agency, would it affect the UKBA decision to grant Tier 2 VISA? I would appreciate your comment on this. Thank you.

This is not relevant to UK immigration. It's a matter for your home Govt.
