Family visit visa for brother in law

Post by adsf » Sun Mar 31, 2013 3:57 pm

Hi

I am going to sponser my brother in law so he can visit the UK, he will be applying for a family visa.

With regards to accommodation, I am currently living with family but do not own the house. Will I need to provide deeds for the property and a letter from the owner to say my brother in law can stay there? Or alternatively just sign an accommodation declaration giving property details?

Thanks in advance

Deed for the property is not required. A letter from the owner (& may be yourself), inviting your brother in law to stay there would suffice.
