Applied 6 month ago. Do i need to start business activity?

hi Every one, we applied six month ago as entrepreneur team, We invested 50,000 and sent Joint bank statement. We also sent business plan along with all requirements. My question is that shall we start business activities or wait until we get visa approval because as per business plan, we need to invest at least 10,000 pounds in equipment. But as per UKBA requirement, we also need to show 50,000 in bank until we get visa. Best regards
