Whats the difference between VAF4a and VAF10

Whats the difference between VAF4a and VAF10

Guys,
I am in the process of applying for my son to come and join me in the UK from outside the UK. As he is a dependent of Tier 1 PBS (now with ILR) I have been asked to use the form VAF, but I am confused which one to use between the VAF4a and VAF10.
Any ideas please? Pleased with your advise.
