Hai Good Morning

I want some help Regarding contract as i am applying for IT support and network services in entrepreneur visa

i am not having any format of the contract and

my question is contract should be any business held organization or individual (Home ) also works , if so any one help me for the contract

and my second question is it required to open a business account .

Any one working frm home can hve contract with company.so there is no issue. And also there is no need of contract to open business account.
