naturalisation : MN1 FORM (urgent)

Hello,

i am an IT employee and i have recently got ILR and i am planning to apply for my daughter's naturalisation. She is born in UK and is 13 months old.

I am filling the MN1 form. Could you please confirm me regarding the 2 referee details:

1) I could provide a BC referee from my colleague. Is it O.K ?

2) I am planning to get a reference from GP. if they decline what will be the other alternative ? Can i use any other BC referee ?

I have got many friends who have BC but none of them are in professional capacity such as teacher, health visitor, social worker or ministry of religion.
