Hi,

I am working in Tier 2 ICT visa in UK. My wife was also working here using T2 ICT visa and returned back to India on January 2013. She is serving cool off period and cant apply new T2 visa before January 2014. She is coming as T2 dependent in May 2013 in UK and will stay here for 1 Month.

Now my concern is that if she come in UK as dependent in May 2013, will her cool off period count again from May 2013 or that still remains from Jan 2013?

Please someone confirm it soon.
