I submitted my EEA2 application and got my COA a month after. I rang UKBA after 6 months duration, only to find out it was sent 2 months ago. I did not receive it and they didn't leave any missed you card. the UKBA enquiries said they would have returned it back if they didn't meet anyone to sign for it, They asked me to write them a letter requesting that it be sent back to me. I have sent a letter, its about a month now and no reply from them. Has anyone been in this situation before or know anyone who has. Advise needed as I am confused.
