Can you please explain what documents were sent with application and what were original and what were copied and what are your parents ages and how did you prove their strong ties in back home to assure that they will return back?

Many thanks & Congrats

Amount is not important; cash flow in your account should be regular. I kept 4 K(average) throughout 6 months.

Hi,
In the above post you have mentioned about property valuation documents
Could you please let me know how we can get that?
We are planning to apply for visitor visa for my parents
And we are not sure on how to get the property valuation, since the property was bought some 20 years before.
Any pointers would be highly appreciated

Thanks,
Priya

Just google something like this

"Property valuator in <your town name> india.

You will find some valuators in your home town.
