Hi,

I was on a Work Permit from year 2008 - 2010 and then went back to India and shifted to Tier 2 (G) of another employer from 2010 - till date. Can I consider the earlier Work Permit period of 2 years for my ILR application which is due now or has the change in Work Permit in 2010 affected my ILR clock (i.e. was the clock reset when I shifted to new Tier 2 (G)).

Can you please help me with a clarification, I would be highly obliged.
