Dutch National & third Country National

Post by ahussa » Tue Apr 02, 2013 4:54 pm

Hello All,

I know of someone who is Dutch National living in the uk with boyfriend for more than two years and working 4 days in holland. Boyfriend is third country national and his application for extention for discretionary leave still pending.

Can anyone advise on prospects of making any EEA Application or otherwise?

Provide he can show he is indeed a frontier worker and returns to the UK at least once a week, then the partner may be issued a Residence Card as an Extended Family member, if they can demonstrate their relationship is indeed durable, an in all the circumstances it seem appropriate to the Secretary of State to issue the card.[/code]
