I have a silly question. My Tier 1(G) was approved on 14th June 2008 as the approval letter had that date. It was in-country application. But the issue date on the actual stamp is 19th June 2008 and valid till date on the stamp is 14th June 2011. I applied for my extension in 2011 via post during April 2011 and got the extension till June 2013.
Now is it 28 days before 14th June 2008 or 19th June 2008 I apply for ILR?
Thanks for your help and advise in advance.
Regards
skilled_migrant has advised you correctly. If you want to you could apply for your ILR, 28 days before 14th June2013 but it will be rejected. A matter of 5 days late does it matter, unless of course you want to loose your Visa Fees.skilled_migrant wrote:KPROCKS wrote:Hi Guys

Tier 1(G) was approved on 14th June 2008 = Date on Approval Letter?
date on the actual stamp is 19th June 2008 = Start Date on Visa?
Your five year qualifying period starts from date when visa stamped, which is in your case 19th June 2008. So you will be eligible for ILR 28 days before of 19/06/2013.
