URGENT HELP ABOUT STUDENT VISA

I want to apply for tier 4 visa below is my detail i am bit confuse.

I came to uk may 2011 my visa expire 31 oct 2012
i sent my extention application on time and i recieved aknowledgment letter after 2 days after that i was waiting for my biomatrix letter. Then 16 feb 2013 i recieve my biometrix letter but unfortunately on the same time i had an emergency in my back home as my mother was alone and badly sick so on that time i have to leave uk to look after my mom i withdrew my application within 20 working days of biometrix limit and they returned my passport and all document on 16 march with a letter stated that ( we are sending your documents as you requested this cancel your previous application) and then on 31 march i leaved uk and landed to my country on 1 april
My question is i want to apply for my visa again after 2 months will it be effect on my new application i mean wss i overstayed or every thing was allright
Your experience feedback would be highly appreciated

I think everything will be fine. Just write a cover letter regarding this and include all documentary proofs with new application.

1 more question plz the duration between 31 oct 2012 till my exit from uk .UKBA consider it as normal? or it effect on my new application plz help me for this regards

You will most probably need to demonstrate academic performance such as course results/transcripts etc till the time you actually exit.

My course was PGD level 7 i have transcript but the date mention on it is 25-march-2012 after that i submit my final project and got conditional CAS letter from college for extention for 3 months on Cas letter it mentioned that i submitted my final project waiting for result. i wanna take addmision in Uni for completing my Masters if i got CAs letter from uni what documents i required to satisfy UKBA regarding my previous academic performance

Ask uni who will issue you CAS now. Mostly the documents required to get CAS are the same docs which is required to satisfy UKBA.

Its because an institute need to get it approved via CAS from UKBA. But while arranging CAS an institute need to satisfy UKBA as how the student is fulfilling the course criteria for which usually past results and english language proficiency are needed too.

Apply to any university for CAS. You will get to know all things whatever documents you need to have. Nobody can tell you exactly what documents can satisfy ECO for your previous stay.

Plus, I personaly think that there is something bad in your immigration history which you are actually hiding and trying to get an answers by this and that type questions. Otherwise, your case in simple as you said you have all proofs of application cancellation + previous progress (i.e. Transcript) which I think are enough documents to satisfy ECO for previous stay.

So, if there is nothing bad you are hiding, just get new application documents accordingly and apply for new visa. This is what everyone is replying in this post from the day one.

Apply to any university for CAS. You will get to know all things whatever documents you need to have. Nobody can tell you exactly what documents can satisfy ECO for your previous stay.

Plus, I personaly think that there is something bad in your immigration history which you are actually hiding and trying to get an answers by this and that type questions. Otherwise, your case in simple as you said you have all proofs of application cancellation + previous progress (i.e. Transcript) which I think are enough documents to satisfy ECO for previous stay.

So, if there is nothing bad you are hiding, just get new application documents accordingly and apply for new visa. This is what everyone is replying in this post from the day one.

thanks for your reply actually one of my friend confused me because he said that withdraw application mean cancel of application and now you need to wait for one year ...........is it true???? i am very confused as far as documents is concerned i have all the documents
