English requirement for Tier 2 General

Post by thav » Tue Apr 02, 2013 9:44 pm

Hi guys, my appointment at Croydon is on the 11th of April. As part of the application, english requirement is important for 10 points, I obtained a Bachelors degree from UK university, but through a affiliated program in my home country, which means I obtained the actual UK degree, but in my home country. Can I use it as a backup for my English requirement? Or should I submit a letter stating that I have completed my PhD for more than 12 months now to cover up my English requirements?

I'd put both if I was you. It's a UK recognised degree so the first should cover you but just add both to be on the safe side. What visa tier are you in presently?
