out of country 87 days - Not paid in UK

Post by nm » Wed Apr 03, 2013 11:25 am

Hi,

I was out of country for 87 days since the project was moved to offshore.During this period i have not paid in UK.

I was under Tier1 General visa during that period.

Will this make any problem while submit my application for ILR?

For Tier to claim points you need to submit payslips for 12 months out of a consecutive 15 month's period, before the date of your ILR application.

Have all the details regarding the 87 days absence. Employer's Letter confirming that.

Thanks again, I may not able to get employer letter since I have changed my employer during that time. Also, it was a intra company transfer where I was asked to go my base location. Since then I resigned from them and joined with a new company on my return

Hi,

There has been a number of discussion on the 'continuos stay' and unpaid leave. I was in outside of country for 87 days and the salary was paid in India.

Looking at the various discussion, Now I am concerned about my application for ILR, I am planning to apply in another 3 months of time.

Could someone clarify me on this ?
