2 Apr -2013 - Croydon PEO Success

Post by amit99 » Wed Apr 03, 2013 5:45 pm

My sincere thanks to all members of this forum for sharing your experiences and being the source of information for ILR applicants.

My special thanks to uksettlement(Sohel), Kevin24, ban.s ,wpilr_nov12
and suis who responded on my queries (Hope i am not missing anyone :-) )

I was Tier 1 applicant and got my ILR approved today at Croydon PEO with 123 days of continuous out of uk stay for work purpose.

I have my own limited company

Doc Submitted

- salary slips

- dividend vouchers

- Accountant Letter

- p60s

- personal bank statemetns

- business bank statement

- life in the uk

- Company invoices.

- Rental Agreement

Few suggetions

- Ensure that you have copies of all the originals

- Better to keep copy of contract with you, if you are working as contractior.

- Put your monthly salary slips, bank statements, and dividend vouchers together. i was asked to do the same by CW and it took me 10 -15 extra minutes to that.

I did not respond on question D2. However,in justification section, I summarize my understanding that Tier1 applicant
are not required to provied any proof and absence is less than 180 days.

I planned to get my dependent visa done along with my application but could not get slot for them for date before 6th April 2013.Planning to get their ILR done once i will receive my Biometric card. They have valid Tier 1 depedendent visa till 2014 and hopefully it should be ok if i would apply for their ILR after few weeks.

Thanks again. Hope my exp details would be help. All the very best .
