Proofs of long Termship marriage.

I wish you could help me, my girlfriend is Russian and we want to appoint for a Unmarried Partner next year.

I have been living with my girlfriend from september to february ( 6 month) in Spain, the only proof that we have is a house rent contract, a 3 month VISA and a lot of pictures.

During this time, she had come here 2 times with a total of 18 days, with a visitor VISA, we have hotel, picture and VISA proof.

I'm wish to bring her next year and spend 1 year together her, as visitor or student.

We will live together in UK and we wish to complete the 2 years of long term relationship for ask to a unmarried partner visa.

I don't know if they will ask me 2 complete years of If with my caracteristics I can make it.

Which kind of proof I can make for show that Im a long term relationship.

The only reason of don't marry is because I don't believe in the marriage , but in the last instance I would do it for her.

Any type of information just ask thank you very much. I would heard for suggestion for recognize that I've been living with my girlfriend since september (we meet in april and I also have proofs).

EDIT: I Want to edit for say the we could register as common law couple in Spain but that won't be valid in UK, that could help? Thank you.
