Any one have experiences in getting a Refund?

Have anyone in here been successful getting a refund from the UKBA . Send in Form FLRM (Huge mistake) Instead of EEA2 .They charged me and i was told to write them..... which i did but never got a reply or refund . Any advice or experience would be helpful.

Sending even filling up FLRM form instead of EEA2 form is really a big mistake. However, you can send another written request for the refund.
Please donot send PM. Write in open forum to facilitate others too.
