Help with ILR Tier 1 dependent (economic route )

Dear Members,

Greetings!.....


I'm currently on Tier 1 Dependent visa. my husband got ILR through econmic route in last year. I couldn't apply ILR at the time as i didn't complete required qualifying period (2 years) . I'm still in tier 1 dependent visa which is valid until end of this year. I'm going to complete the required 2 years in next month. (entered as tier1 dependent in mid of 2011.)

I gone through the faq "Dependants of ILR (economic, 5 year route) applicants" and i can apply the ILR after completing 2 years.


I need help on below points

1. What form i need to use to apply ILR. SET(o) or SET(m).
2. What are the supporting documents i need attach with the form.
