need help about premium appointment service for t2 visa

is there any one can help me to find out easiest and effective way to find an appointment for premium service in uk by myself. for instance what time will be best to get an appointment in website and how should i proceed??

i want an appointment after 7 July 2013. please please advise,

it has been suggested that the best time to try to book is either straight after midnight or 2 a.m.

Note that PEO appointments are only released 6 weeks in advance.
