Who should read this document?

The codes of practice are an integral part of the immigration system relating to migrant workers. These codes supersede all previous codes and the new system applies to all Tier 2 applications made by migrants using certificates of sponsorship assigned by sponsors on or after 6 April 2013, and all other applications made by migrants where the date of application is on or after 6 April 2013.

As per above paragraph, new SOC code must be mentioned for ILR application as well?

Can senior members interpret and confirm.

My scenario ; I am on tier2 visa. It was issued few years back. I am eligible for ILR in next on month. Which SOC code, should be mentioned in employer letter. The old or new SOC code?

does new code apply to WP 5yrs + T2G applicant who now wants to apply for ILR?

As per my understanding for all category new SOC code will be applicable.
