ILR holder sponsoring cousin fresh graduate for visit

Dear Gurus,

I am on ILR. I want to sponsor my cousin who is about to appear for his B.Sc exams back home. I would like to call him for a short visit after his exams get over by the end of this month. Could you please advise what sufficient documents he needs to provide from his side to show his back home tie ups. He is just a student and I am sponsoring his full trip. Also what documents his parents needs to provide in his application support. He is an active member of National youth congress and also plays football in YMCA team. His plan is to study Masters once he completes his B.Sc back home.
