urgent information needed from psw to tier 2 switching

urgent information needed from psw to tier 2 switching ,there is a age limit stated by ukba @25 is that applicant should be exact 25 or less or he can be 25years 3 months are also considered as fresher......

Hi. The people will be coming under new entrant until he cross 25 years 12 months In your situation with 25 years 3 months will be considered as new entrant. have a good day.
