HI

Spouse visa is declined on the grounds of lack of evidence for self-employment. I have the evidence e.g sa300, self assesment return, UTR number...

I have enough savings to cover the shortfall from salaried income --

i know that if self-employed any savings cannot be considered. can i send a letter with the appeal to ask them to disregard the self-employment and use the savings?
