If you give birth to an Irish citizen child (the child would be taking Irish citizenship from the other parent) when on the island of Ireland then it is almost impossible to deport you, as the Irish citizen child cannot be deported from Ireland and is entitled to keep his parent here with him. This is not a practical option for most people, but it works. Many of those who come to Ireland as students choose an Irish partner and have a child as soon as possible. The Irish citizen partner needs to be prepared to sign the birth certificate, to give citizenship to the child.
The other option is to marry an EU citizen. Then they can bring you to any EU country other than their own. So for example you marry a UK citizen, he can bring you to Ireland or France or Germany, but not to the UK.
The other option is employment or study.
Some companies offer work called 'au pair' - basically you learn English, get free food and accommodation and mind a child in return. This is like being a student - it is not long term unless you have a partner or child in Ireland.
